Who We Are

CityLine Care Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to serving individuals and families facing hardship through practical assistance, education, and community connection. Rooted in faith-inspired compassion, our work is grounded in the belief that every person deserves dignity, opportunity, and hope.

CityLine Care Center was formed in response to the growing needs of individuals and families who are often overlooked by traditional systems. Many of the people we serve face multiple, overlapping challenges, food insecurity, unemployment, language barriers, housing instability, disability, mental health struggles, or isolation. We recognized that meeting only one need was not enough. Sustainable change requires holistic care, trusted relationships, and clear pathways forward.

Our approach combines immediate relief with long-term empowerment. We provide essential services to stabilize families in crisis while walking alongside them as they work toward independence and stability. We do not offer one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we listen, assess needs, and connect individuals to practical resources and opportunities that fit their situation.

We serve refugees, immigrants, seniors, low-income households, individuals with disabilities, and families navigating crisis or transition. Our services are available regardless of background, belief, or circumstance. Care is offered without judgment, and support is provided without condition.

CityLine Care Center primarily serves the Chicagoland area through direct programs and trusted community partnerships. We are committed to operating with integrity, transparency, and accountability as we steward resources entrusted to us by donors, volunteers, and partners.
